Scarborough Waterfront Project

Virtual Open House

Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), in partnership with the City of Toronto, welcomes you to the virtual Public Open House for the Scarborough Waterfront Project.

The project seeks to provide safe public access and an enjoyable waterfront experience, while also protecting and enhancing the natural environment, along an 11 kilometre (km) stretch of shoreline between Bluffer’s Park and East Point Park in Toronto, Ontario.

Ajax Shoreline Erosion Mitigation Project

Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), in partnership with the Town of Ajax, welcomes you to the virtual Public Open House for the Ajax Shoreline Erosion Mitigation Project.

This project is a Remedial Flood and Erosion Control Class Environmental Assessment to identify long-term solutions to the flood and erosion concerns along the Ajax waterfront.

Toronto Island Park Flood & Erosion Mitigation Project
Phase 1

TRCA and City of Toronto are conducting a flood and erosion control study for Toronto Island Park. The project aims to develop long-term measures for shoreline flooding. Public feedback is sought through Class Environmental Assessment.

Multi-Use Trail

TRCA and City of Toronto completed a 2014-2019 EA for Scarborough Waterfront Project in partnership with Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks. The project was approved for implementation in November 2019.
